Our Brasília tiles go beautifully with modern or mid century modern decorating to elevate any space. The precise angles at the edges are matched so the shadows transition beautifully across the ceiling for a graceful 3D design.
Brasília is a lively city full of high-end style and design, our Brasilia ceiling tile will deliver just that to what would normally be a very ordinary grid ceiling. For an even more modernist design, our Brasilia and Bilbao tile designs combine with a synergy that really pushes the envelope in ceiling design for a custom designer look.
This design along with Bilbao and Blox is not suitable for gluing to a flat surface as there is 3-D structure above and below the grid plane.
To further enhance their aesthetics, the design is molded with a linen texture.
You can get creative and perhaps add some lighting to Brasilia in its center.  The  photo shows a 7 1/2″ diameter LED light.  We advise that the lights must be supported from above, as the tiles should not support any weight, since that would cause distortion and lifting around the edges.  Some experimentation will be necessary to appropriately hang a lighting fixture.
Mineral tiles may be placed above the grid at an angle if sound absorption is desired.
