I live in the mountains and can only ship out Monday through Friday. I try and fulfill orders right away, and often ship out same business day. Please contact me if something doesn’t seem right on the ebay shipping quotes. Most shipping in the lower 48 states is free, other than large or heavy items. I will ship anywhere in the world, so let me know if you’re an international buyer having problems with a purchase….I can modify listings to accomodate different shipping methods.
There are certain international locations that I can not ship large items to, such as motors and tracks. I’m sorry ahead of time if an international order has to be canceled due to shipping issues.
Twisted Tunnel does not offer returns on purchases. I strive to get people back on the snow as soon as possible. I do make mistakes sometimes, so please let me know if I’ve misrepresented an item in some way and I’ll take care of it.
