I now offer polished, satin, and antiqued finishes.  eBay wouldn’t allow me to enter all options in the listing.  So if you want polished or satin, please choose that option.  If you want it antiqued, choose polished, and in the comments to seller, let me know you want it antiqued.
I now offer another option to coin rings.  I can add a reeded edge to the cut side of the coin ring.  See pictures below.  If you want this option, please state “reeded edge” in the message to seller section when placing your order.  See pictures for samples with reeded edges.  No reeding will be added without requesting it.
Also choose if you want the Obverse of the coin on the outside of the ring, or if you want the Reverse side of the coin on the outside of the ring.  The obverse is typically the date, and the reverse is typically United States of America and Half Dollar.  See pictures of the coin you want to be certain.  Coin ring will be made to the options you select.  Please ask any questions before ordering.

I can make the rings in 1/4 or 1/2 sizes as well as full sizes.
So 8, 8.25 (8 1/4), 8.5 (8 1/2), 8.75 (8 3/4), 9, etc…….Each is handmade and no two are the same.  I polish all rings and will look similar to pictures in this listing.

You pick the year half dollar and size for the ring you want. I’ll use that year half dollar you selected to make a ring to the size you selected.
I will make the ring after your payment is received. Though I will make the ring and ship it as quickly as possible, usually with in a few days, it may take up to 15 business days due to volume of orders and the stock I have available.  Usually less than this timeframe is needed.
These are made from real coins and thus they retain the coins designs on the outer edge as well as the inner. These will be custom made after your order is placed.
I make these by hand. They are comfortable to wear with no sharp edges. They are not cheaper bulk run made rings! A small hole is pressed out of the middle of the coin and then they go through a series of heating, quenching, folding, shaping, filing, sanding, sizing, and polishing.
These are all hand made with hand tools and no 2 are exactly the same.
Making coins into jewelry is legal as it is not being altered with the intent of counterfeiting, such as the penny squisher machines at amusement parks.

Coins are official US coins.  The metal is typically copper nickel CLAD.  Seller does not seal or coat rings with any allergy preventative.  Skin can react to some metals.  There are products you can obtain for coating jewelry to prevent allergic reactions on the skin.  Seller does not sell or have any stake in any of these.  Two examples of these are Simple Shine and Jewelry Shield coatings.  Some also say that high end clear nail polish will also work.
